Joanne is a consultant based in Canterbury, New Zealand with extensive research and practical experience helping people, organizations, and places become resilient, agile, and transform for the future. Joanne has post-disaster research and consulting experience in New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom, examining recovery and resilience of communities, economies, organizations, and infrastructure systems. She specializes in using data and measurement to enhance resilience and disaster risk reduction outcomes. She has experience with a range of research tools including spatial statistics, network analysis, survey design and delivery, and qualitative interviewing and analysis.
