Emergency Management Consultant

Emergency Management Consultants are independent contractors who provide Griffin with research, expertise, writing, planning, and quantitative and qualitative analysis to meet the requirements of emergency management contract work.

Examples of project tasks include:

• Develop emergency exercises

• Conduct deep analysis of emergency preparedness plans and policy

• Author improved emergency preparedness plans for clients

• Support workgroups and/or meeting with stakeholders

• Develop strategic communications plans

• Support clients with program management expertise
